Moment Capture provides appointment-based photography services for product photography in Le Lamentin. The scope of each session is confirmed through the inquiry, product review, reference list, quote, and approved shot list before production begins.

Any fees, payment method, and commercial terms are confirmed in the applicable quote or booking confirmation. Accepted payment methods may include card, bank transfer, or cash on the session day, as agreed for the relevant booking.

Project Conditions

The studio may review product count, usage, styling, and reference materials before accepting a project. Sample setup approval, proof gallery review, and edited file delivery are handled according to the agreed scope, and curation may remove duplicates, test frames, or technically unsuitable images.

Policy Terms

All photographs, previews, and related materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property rights unless a written license or transfer is expressly agreed. No RAW files, rejected files, or broader usage rights are included unless specifically stated in the applicable agreement.

Services are provided with reasonable care, but no guarantee is made as to exact image counts after curation, exact recreation of references, or specific visual outcomes beyond the agreed brief. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moment Capture is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or services.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Martinique, and any dispute should first be raised with Moment Capture in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be brought before the competent courts having jurisdiction over the business location, subject to mandatory rules of law.
